Information systems play an important role in managing academic data, including thesis repositories in universities. In the Information Systems Study Program at UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi, the process of archiving student theses still uses google form and storage on google drive, which has several limitations, such as less than optimal document management, limited storage capacity, and data security risks. Therefore, a web-based repository information system is needed to manage thesis documents more effectively and efficiently. This study aims to design and build a web-based thesis repository information system for the Information Systems Study Program at UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi using the codeigniter framework. This system is built using the waterfall development method, utilizing PHP as a programming language and MySQL as a database. System testing is carried out using the black-box testing method, while user satisfaction is evaluated using the Likert scale. The test results show that the system functions well and obtains a feasibility score of 85,6%, which means very feasible. With this system, thesis management can be carried out more efficiently and more organized.
