Regulation Number 7 of 2019”
ABSTRACT

This study aims to determine the management of village fund allocation in Muara
Kelukup Village, Lembah Masurai District, Merangin Regency and to analyze
the obstacles experienced by the Muara Kelukup village government in
implementing the Merangin Regent Regulation Number 7 of 2019 concerning
guidelines for managing village fund allocations. This research was conducted
in Muara Kelukup Village, Lembah Masurai District, Merangin Regency. The
research method used in this study is a qualitative approach. This research was
conducted by means of a field survey with data collection techniques in the form
of observation, interviews and documentation studies. The results of this study
are how the Implementation of Village Fund Allocation Management in Muara
Kelukup Village, Lembah Masurai District, Merangin Regency is appropriate
and on target according to the objectives of the village government as outlined
in the RKPDes during 2024. The obstacles that hinder the implementation of
village fund allocation management are in the form of funds that have not been
transferred directly by the central government to the village government at the
beginning of 2024, so that development for the needs of the village community at
the beginning of the year has not been fully met and has been successfully met by
the government at the end of the year. And also human resources that are less
participating in helping to carry out the duties of the Muara Kelukup Village
Government. The Muara Kelukup village government has carried out their duties
for a full year to meet the needs of the community, so that the community itself
can use what is realized by the Muara Kelukup village government.
